Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing okay. As you know, the elections post is up, so if you haven’t voted yet, please do so before Sunday at midnight.
As you all know, the university has prohibited all in person gathering but that doesn't mean we can't have a final GM! The execs came up with the idea to hold the last GM online. We wanted to announce next years exec team live so we decided to hold a Zoom meeting. It's scheduled for Monday night, 6pm, and every member is invited to attend. Details of how to access the Zoom meeting will be down below.
Along with the announcement of the new exec team, we will also be having farewell speeches from the current execs. As you may know, most of the execs are graduating this year, so we wanted to take the opportunity to say our goodbyes. We will also be taking a virtual photo in the end. It'll be really fun, so I hope you all can attend.
To access Zoom, you don’t need an account, but you do need to download the software. (It only takes a minute or two). After it is downloaded, you will be asked for the meeting ID and password. You can either input it manually or just click the URL. We made two Zoom meetings, one for 6pm and one for 7pm, because Zoom only allows us to make one hour meetings unless you pay for a membership. ID, passwords, and links will be given 30 minutes before the meeting
