☆UTAMA's April Election & General Meeting!!☆

The time is here, dear friends -- the 2016-2017 year is coming to a close, and that means it's time to vote on a new exec team for 2017-2018. Come out to OISE 4414 on Thursday, April 13 at 6PM for our election and general meeting! (ノ・ェ・)ノ

If you plan to run, be sure to submit your application to utamaelection2017@gmail.com by midnight on Wednesday, April 12. Details can be found in the pinned post in the UTAMA group and candidates will be announced on this event page after midnight on Wednesday, April 12. The following positions are up for grabs:

President
Vice President Internal
Vice President External
Treasurer
Secretary
Events Coordinator
Communications Coordinator
Technical Coordinator

Candidates will be giving speeches (2 mins. for presidential candidates, 1 min. for everyone else) prior to voting. Additionally, you can only run for ONE position, so make sure you choose carefully! For any questions regarding the election process or what these roles entail, or if you are unable to make it out to the GM and plan to run (we understand exam season is busy!), please contact Joey or Han ASAP. ₍₍ (ง ˙ω˙)ว ⁾⁾

Also happening at this GM will be our raffle for an amazing Rem Nendoroid! ฅ(*°ω°*ฅ) You'll be able to purchase raffle tickets at the GM, so if you haven't done so yet, be sure to get on that because tickets are going fast!!! Remember:

1 ticket = $1
6 tickets = $5
15 tickets = $10

Aside from all this, we'll still be hosting games and serving refreshments, so be sure to come out to one of our last events of the school year for a fun time. See you there!!!!!!! (=ↀωↀ=)✧
