As I mentioned yesterday during the GM, we’re having Fall Elections! The Elections will be taking place on October 4th, 2019.
The positions that are open are:
Tech Coordinator
Game Master
First Year Rep (Lower Year Rep) (x2)
Details regarding what each role is responsible for are in the link below:
For anyone wishing to run for one of the positions, send an email to utama.website@gmail.com (subject: UTAMA ELECTION) while including the following:
- Name
- Student number
- Year of Study
- Are you a UofT student (yes/no)
- Position you are running for
Applications will be due on September 27 at midnight so don't be late! Also, only UofT students (be it undergraduate or graduate) that are currently members of UTAMA will be allowed to run in the elections. Candidates are expected to give a one-minute speech introducing themselves and why they would be a great candidate.
